Transfer station
Buckfield and Sumner jointly operate the transfer station to serve both communities. It is located at 114 Sumner Road on Route 140, between Buckfield and Sumner.

- Wednesday — 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Saturday — 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
